The founding partners of Dealer Text Solutions are dot-com veterans with a decade of automotive advertising experience that saw text messaging as a new tool to attract customers. Dealer Text Solutions recognized that text messaging could also provide a much more effective and welcome channel to communicate with existing customers and undertook to build applications that simplify and streamline Customer Relationship Management across the dealership.
